Pricing

We charge by volume, not by the time it takes us to remove your junk.

Rates Include:
  • All labor: We remove items from anywhere on your property - upstairs, downstairs, inside or outside.
  • All disposal charges: Our prices include all disposal costs - you only pay for the space you use.
  • All recycling & donating to local charities: We donate and recycle your used items to local charities.

Prices listed are for our large 33 cubic yard trucks, which are equal to about eight pick-up truckloads.

Our rates are very competitive with medium sized disposal containers and we can remove your debris in a fraction of the time.

Bed Load Pricing (Dense Materials)

Because of their weights, dense material such as broken concrete, dirt, soil, gravel, roofing material, bricks, cinder blocks, ceramic tiles, etc., are charged by the bed-load.

A full bed-load is 12 inches high and extends the length of the truck.  It is usually the same price as a full truck load although it is about a ¼ of a full load of regular junk.

One full bed-load of dense material = ¼ load of a full truck of regular junk.

In situations where there are multiple flights of stairs, limited access, wheelbarrow/shovel work, or safety issues, a labor charge of $27.50 per hour will be applied for every  employee onsite.

For Deconstruction or Demolition services $47.50 per hour will be applied for every employee onsite with a 1 hour minimum charge. Labor charges are determined onsite by our drivers.

A weight fee may apply for denser/heavier materials that are broken up and not recyclable such as tile, sheetrock, plaster, painted or treated wood, concrete with wire or rebar, and soil that's not clean.

Weight fees are determined onsite by our drivers. The weight fee range is $25-$300.
