remove?
This is a paid service? Why is that?
We have the capability of taking just about anything you could throw our way,
including mattresses, TVs, soil, etc., unlike organizations that remove material
for free. Also, the free organizations sell your stuff. We don't. Our careful
and efficient crews do all the loading and clean-up, as well, and there are fees
associated with disposal and recycling material.
Do you recycle?
We recycle all recyclable items. This includes paper, wood, metal, plastic, or
e-waste. Other items may be donated to local charities. Leftover waste is taken
to the transfer station or landfill.
What makes you guys green?
We specialize in the reuse and recycling of all the material that we haul. The
vast majority of what we haul does not go to the landfill. Through strategic
partnerships with for-profit reuse organizations, non-profit reuse centers,
donation centers, thrift stores, salvage yards, recycling centers, and many
others, we manage to divert more material from the landfill than any other
organization.
What kind of stuff do you take?
We take anything that two people can carry or demolish into sizes that two
people can carry.
Do you take paint or household toxics?
We do not haul hazardous materials of any kind. No household toxics, paint,
animal waste, etc.
Do you carry tools on your trucks?
Yes. Our trucks are equipped with handheld demolition equipment, such as
cordless reciprocal saws, cordless power drills, sledge hammers, demo hammers,
brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, handtrucks, appliance dollies if necessary.
Why would I use your service instead of a
renting a dumpster?
Green Dump Truck will provide all the loading and clean up for you. We only
charge you for the volume of materials we put in our truck as opposed to a
rented dumpster where you are charged a flat fee for the dumpster regardless of
how many items are placed in it.
Let us help you avoid other people filling up
your dumpster overnight if your job is not completed in one day. Not to mention
the complaints from your neighbors because the dumpster remained in front of
your property long than expected (eye sore). We can help you prevent having to
file for a permit and meeting city/county requirements.
We make garbage removal, junk removal, trash
removal, and waste removal easy.
How do you dispose of the junk you haul
away?
Most of the materials that we haul away goes to recycling centers and city
transfer stations. Some materials are donated to charities and people in need.
What we cannot donate goes straight to your local dumping facilities.
